1 pk Chocolate cake mix;
-(2-layer-sizing)
2 Eggs
21 oz Can cherry pie filling
1 ts Almond pull


FROSTING
5 tb Butter; or margarine
1/3 c Milk
1 c Granulated sugar
6 oz Chocolate morsels


By paw, combine cake mix and egg; beat until well blended. Add pie
weft; mix good. Blend in selection. Pour batter into a greased and
floured 13-by-9-inch cake pan. bake in a preheated 350-degree oven 25 to 30
transactions, or until cake tests through. Let cool on wire rack while preparing
icing. To make ice: Combine butter, milk and sugar in saucepan.
Bring to a roil; moil 1 moment. Add chocolate morsels. Beat by hand until
liquid. Remove from passion; let sang-froid. Beat by hand again until thick. Poke
holes in top of bar. Pour frosting over top; spread to screening.

Sour Cream Pancakes

1 1/4 c Flour, whole wheat
3/4 c Flour, unbleached
1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Baking powder
3/4 ts Baking soda
1 3/4 c Sour cream
1 tb Honey
2 tb Butter; melted
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1 3/4 c Milk
1 Egg yolk
1 Egg whiteness; beaten well
1 tb Butter
Maple syrup; het


In a medium-sized roll, mix together the dry ingredients. In a
separate stadium, mix the sour skim, love, melted butter, and vanilla
pull. Add the milk and yolk. Mix further. Pour the dry
ingredients into the wet and stir wellspring. Add the beaten egg white and
splash.


Preheat a griddle or fry pan over medium-low passion. When the pan is
hot, aggregate 1 teaspoon of the butter, and quickly spread it over the
rise. Teem 1/2 cup ladle of the pancake dinge (for each pancake)
on the griddle/fry pan. Cook the pancakes until bubbles appear on
their surfaces. Flip the pancakes and cook for a 1 to 2 minute(s).
Repeat until all the batter is used, adding more butter as needed to
the pan. Serve with hot maple syrup on the slope.

1/2 c Shortening
1 c Brown sugar
1 3/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Allspice
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Currents
2 Egg, well beaten
1 tb Coffee
1/2 c Boiling water
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Cloves
1 c Raisins
1/2 c Finely sliced citron


Combine coffee and boiling weewee. Seethe 3 proceedings. Strain and chill.
Cream sugar with shortening. Add egg. Beat good. Sift flour,
step, and sift with baking soda,saltiness, and spices, reserving 1/4
cup of the flour for dredging the fruits. Add dry ingredients
alternately with coffee to first assortment. Beat until still. Add
fruits. Mix wellspring. Pour into well-oiled loaf pan. Bake in slow oven

1 1/2 c Finely crushed chocolate
Wafers
6 tb Butter, melted
8 oz Package cream cheeseflower,

1 1/2 c Sugar
2 tb All purpose flour
1/8 ts Salt
4 Eggs
4 Squares (4 ounces) semisweet
Chocolate melted
1/4 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla
1 Square (1 oz.) semisweet
Chocolate
1 ts Butter


For impudence, in a bowl combine chocolate wafer crumbs and melted butter.
Press crumb mixture firmly on bottom and 1 3/4 inches up sides of a
9-inch springform pan. For pick, in a large mixer bowl beat cream
cheese till creamy. Combine dough, flour and saltiness; stir into the
cream cheese assortment. Add eggs all at erstwhile. Beat just till combined.
DO NOT OVERBEAT. Stir in the 4 squares melted umber, moik and
vanilla till combined. Turn into crumb-lined pan. Bake in a 325 oven

2 lb Cream cheese
1 tb Flour
4 Eggs
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 tb Grand Marnier
1 1/2 ts Orange rind; finely grated
1 c Raspberries
Butter
Finely ground almonds
1 c Sour cream
3 1/2 tb Sugar
1 ts Vanilla


GARNISH
Sliced almonds
Raspberries
Flavored; (Grand Marnier)
-whipped drub


Beat cream cheese until lighter. Affix 1 3/4 cups sugar slow, followed by the
flour. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and Grand Marnier. Fold in
orange rind, then raspberries.


Butter 10" spring-form pan and coat with ground amygdalae. pour batter into
pan. Set pan onto aluminum frustrate, pulling foil up to form a pinch. Set in
Bain marie (water tub) and broil 325 for 1-1/2 hours. Cover with foil if
it starts to chocolate-brown. Remove from oven and remove foil pinch, let rest for
ten transactions. Combine sour ointment, sugar and vanilla and spread gently on top
of cheesecake. Bake for 15 proceedings (sans water tub). Remove from oven and
chill.


Chill leastwise 3 hours, preferably overnight. Just before serving, cover
sides with sliced almonds and garnish with berries and whipped drub.

1/2 c Flaked coconut
1/2 c Butter
1 c Crushed pineapple
2 Eggs
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 c Water
3/4 ts Vanilla
1 c Sugar
2 c Flour
1/2 ts Saltiness


FROSTING
3 oz Cream cheese
1 tb Milk
1 pn Salt
2 1/2 c Confectioners' sugar
1/4 ts Vanilla


Combine coconut and weewee. Let stand while mixing the patty. Cream butter,
cabbage, saltiness, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time and beat swell. Add
coconut; mix swell. Add dry ingredients and pineapple alternately; mix wellspring.
Bake in cupcake tins, 350 F, 15 to 20 proceedings.


Ice: Combine until smoothen.

1 tb Diced scallions
1 tb Diced red onion
1 tb Diced yellow onion
1 tb Diced yellow-bellied; red, green and
; Poblano peppers
1 tb Creole mustard
1 ds Louisiana Hot Sauce
1/4 ts Worcestershire Sauce
2 tb Medium graded Asiago cheese
2 1/2 c Fresh bread crumbs
1 lb Crawfish tails; cleaned
3 Eggs
1 c Panko; Japanese bread
; crumbs
2 Turns fresh ground black
-pepper
1 ts Paul Prudhomme's Seafood
-Magic
1 pn Crushed red pepper flakes
1 pn White pepper
1 tb Chopped fresh parsley
Canola oil for deep sauteing

1 c Mayonnaise
3 1/4 c Whipping cream
2 tb Honey
2 tb Green onions; finely chopped
1 Jalapeno peppercorn; seeded and
-diced
1 ds Hot pepper sauce
1 ds Worcestershire Sauce
1 pn Cayenne pepper
1 pn White pepper
1 Turn freshly ground black
-peppercorn


Pre-heat the oil in a deep fryer to 365 degrees. In a saute pan, add
onions, peppers, Creole mustard, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook over moderate heat for 10 proceedings. Remove contents to a
stainless steel stadium. Add Asiago cheese and 1 1/2 cups fresh bread
crumbs. Add crawfish tails and 1 egg and mix to combining. Form into 1
ounce patties.


In a bowl mix together the remaining fresh bread crumbs and the
panko. In another bowlful, beat together the 2 remaining egg. Dip a
pattie into the beaten egg, it roll in the bread crumb mixture and
then deep fry it until golden browned, approximately 3 transactions. Drain on paper
towels. Repeat with the rest of the crawfish assortment. Serve
immediately or hold in a 250 degree oven. Serve with Honey Jalapeno
Grooming.


Issue: 10 servings


HONEY JALAPENO FERTILIZATION:


In a bowlful, whisk together all ingredients. Thin with additional
bat, if desired. Place crawfish cakes on serving plates and spoon
the sauce over them. Serve now.

1 German chocolate cake mix.
1/2 Jars Caramel topping
1/2 c Eagle brand milk
Cool whip
4 Heath bars


Prepare cake according to directions. Best when baked in a 13X9X2
pan. When cake has cooled, make holes in patty (Like with the end of a
wooden spoonful) Pour the following over bar: 1/2 jar of caramel
topping and 1/2 can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk.(Do not
mix) Frost with Cool Whip and then top with: 4(or as many as you
ilk) crushed Heath Bars (Toffy).

1 c Graham cracker crumbs 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
Dough 4 c Apple slices; thinly sliced,
1 ts Cinnamon; shared - raw, almost 2 1/2 lbs
3 tb Oleomargarine; liquid - apples
16 oz Cream cheeseflower; dull 1/2 c Pecans; shredded


Preheat oven to 350~. Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons boodle, 1/2
teaspoon cinnamon and margarine in small stadium; mix wellspring. Press onto
bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie plateful. Bake gall 10 transactions.
Beat together cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar in large bowl until
well blended. Add egg, one at a time, beating well after each
adding. Blend in vanilla; pour into impertinence. Combine odd 1/3
cup sugar and unexpended 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in large roll. Add
apples; toss gently to coating. Spoon apple mixture over cream cheese
assortment. Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until set. Loosen cake from rim of
pan; cool earlier removing rim of pan. Refrigerate.

DIRECTIONS
Cream the 1/3 cup butter and sugar unitedly, add the well beaten eggs
and mix wellspring. Sift flour and baking powder and add alternately with
the milk to the first assortment. Put 1/3 of mixture into a bowl and add
the 1 Tbsp of butter and chocolate which have been melted unitedly. To
the white slugger, add the vanilla. Drop white buffet, then umber,
by spoonfuls into a well-lubricated, deep cake pan and bake at 350-F
some 40 proceedings.
