Place all ingredients in large stadium. Using electric sociable, beat on low
speed for about a second, or until no lumps continue. Increase speed
to high and continue to beat for around 3-4 minutes until batter is
smooth and silky sounding. Pour into lubricated 9 inch cake pan. Bake
in a 350F oven for around 45-50 minutes or until it tests houseclean.
Allow to cool in pan. Can be iced with your favorite ice, or
sprinkled with a dusting of icing boodle.
