
Ingrients & Directions
1 c Cottage cheese
2 Egg, lightly beaten
2 tb Potato flour
1/4 c Rice flour
1/4 ts Baking powder
1 tb Melted butter
Mix together the cottage cheeseflower, egg, flours, baking powderise, and
butter. Fry on a hot, oiled griddle. Serve with applesauce.
