1 c Flour
1 Egg
1 tb Butter/oleomargarine, melted
2/3 c Milk
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
3 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Saltiness
Sift the dry ingredients unitedly, add the egg and mix it in until it
is almost wrapped. Add the milk and mix until semi-quiet. Mix in
the molten butter/oleomargarine.
It should make about 5 pancakes 7 inches in diameter.
Use less sugar if you like to use much of syrup.
