Angel Cake Surprise



Ingrients & Directions


1 10" Round Cooked Angel Food
-Cake
1 c Heavy Pick; whipped
3 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/4 c Maraschino Cherries;
-quartered
1/4 c Crushed Pineapple; drained
1/4 lb Marshmallows; cut in eighths
1/2 c Walnuts; shredded


FROSTING
1 1/2 pt Emollient; whipped
3 tb Sugar
Pineapple Chunks; for
-garnish
Maraschino Cherries; for
-garnishee


Combine ointment, sugar and vanilla. Fold in maraschino cherries, crushed
pineapple, marshmallows, and chopped walnuts. Quiver. Cut with serrated
tongue, 1 inch slice from top of a 10 inch round angel coat. Cut out a ring
2 inches wide and 2 inches recondite. Spoon in chilled weft. Replace slice
cut from top.


Ice: Beat cream and sugar together with sociable.


Frost top and sides of bar. Chill. Embellish with pineapple chunks and
maraschino cherries.
