Angel Food Cake With Chocolate Whipped Cream Icing



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Powdered sugar
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c Milk
1 pn Cream of tartar
2 c Chilled whipping cream
1 Prepared angel food coat


Whisk powdered clams, cocoa pulverisation, milk and cream of tartar in large
bowl until polish. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled, approximately 1
minute. (Can be prepared 4 hours forward.)


Using electric sociable, gradually beat cream into chocolate assortment.
Continue beating until stiff peaks mannequin. Place cake on record.
Spread top and sides of cake with ice. Slice into wedges and answer.


Makes almost 5 cups.
