Apple And Pecan Cake



Ingrients & Directions


150 g Softened butter
1/2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
2 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 c Milk
2 c Sliced apple
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Mixed spice
1/2 c Raw sugar
1/2 c Chopped roasted pecan buggy


Melt butter in a saucepan or bowl large enough to mix all the
ingredients. Add sugar and eggs and mix until combined.


Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda unitedly. Combine butter
assortment, milk and apple slices and flour mixture unitedly.


Pour half the mixture into a greased and seamed 23cm x 11cm loaf tin.


Mix cinnamon, mixed spiced, sugar and nuts unitedly. Divide mixture
in half and sprinkle one amount over half the cake assortment. Top with
remaining cake mixture and top with remaining cinnamon assortment.


Bake at 180 degrees C for 1 hour or until an inserted skewer comes out
cleanse.
