3 c All-purpose flour
1 tb Baking powder
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cloves
1 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Salt
2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Vegetable cooking oil
1 ts Vanilla extract
3 Eggs
3 c Apples; diced and unpared
1 c Pecans; shredded

Sift dry ingredients into large trough. Pour oil, vanilla and eggs into
assortment. Beat with spoon until motley. Add apples and pecans. Place in
greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325? for 1 hour and 15 proceedings. Cool
cake on wire stand.
