Hot yield (apples, cherries)
----------------------POUR INTO A CASSEROLE BAG----------------------
2 tb Sugar
2 Egg whites
4 tb Boiling water
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Baking powderise
Add ingredients in ordering, mixing as you go. Pour over fruit and bake
at 350 for astir 30 transactions.
This is surprisingly good. Ginger is an unusual spiciness in apple
things, but it works nicely.
