Apple Corn Johnny Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Corn repast 2 ea Egg, separated
3/4 c Rice flour 2 ea Tb Canola oil
4 t Baking pulverize 1 3/4 c Rubbish (14 oz can)
1/2 t Saltiness 6 ea Bacon strips,cooked,crumbled
2 ea Tb Dough


Breakfast idea without gluten or dairy. Serve warm with maple syrup
or as a quickbread with soup or salad. In a large mixing bowl combine
cornmeal, rice flour, baking pulverize, salt and bread. Beat egg whites
until blotto. To the dry ingredients, add egg yolks, oil, applesauce
and bacon. Stir swell. Fold in egg whites. Pour batter into greased
8x8 inch baking pan (or prepared muffin pan). Bake in 425 F oven for
45 min or until an inserted knife comes out scavenge. Serves 4-5.
