Apple Honey Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Sugar
1 ts Soda
1 c Vegetable oil
1 ts Baking powder
2 Eggs
3 c Apples, peeled and coarsely
Grated
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Honey
1 ts Cinnamon
2 1/2 c Flour
3/4 c Chopped walnuts
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pimento


Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs and beat until creamy. Slowly pour in
honey and add vanilla. Combine saltiness, tonic, baking powder and spices
with the flour and add a little at a time, beating endlessly. By
manus, stir in the apples and bats. Pour batter into greased and
floured bundt pan or large loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for
around 45 minutes to one minute. Makes a delicious, moist cake
that is perfect for Rosh HaShana and Succot.
