Apple-raisin Cake



Ingrients & Directions


2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 c Oil
2 c Flour
2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Salt
1 ts Baking pop; (bicarbonate)
1/2 c Raisins; capable 1
1 c Chopped cracked; (optional)
4 lg Apples; peeled and diced.

(Preheat oven to 325 deg. F.)


1. Beat egg, bread & oil.


2. Add baking tonic, flour, saltiness.


3. Stir in pre-soaked raisins and apples. (soak raisins in boiling water or
liquer of your choice for around 1/2 minute, then enfeeble.)


4. Pour into lubricated, shallow pan, bake at 325 deg. F. 45 proceedings - 1 minute.
