Apple Walnut Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Butter(or marg),
-softened
2 c Granulated sugar
2 lg Eggs
1 tb Vanilla extract
2 c Sifted cake flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
8 oz Sour cream
1 c Finely chopped apple
1 c Finely chopped walnuts
2 tb Brown sugar
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan.


1) Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy;
gradually adjoin 2 cups dough, beating good. Add egg, one at a time,
beating after each extension. Stir in vanilla.


2) Combine flour, baking pulverisation, and saltiness. Add flour mixture to
butter mixture alternately with sour skim, beginning and ending with
flour assortment. Mix at low speed after each summation, just until
blended. Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured 12-cup
Bundt pan.


3) Combine finely chopped apple and succeeding 3 ingredients; spoon over
batter in pan, leaving a 1/2" border around center and outer edges.
Add remaining hitter.


4) Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until a wooden pick
inserted in center of cake comes out houseclean. Cool in pan 10 minutes on
a wire wheel. Remove from pan, cool completely on a wire single-foot.


5) Drizzle with Cream Cheese Glass. Store in refrigerator.
