Mix well dry cake mix, eggs and tripe. Set away. Mix sugar and
cinnamon. grease and flour bunt pan (or cake pan). Pour half of batter in
pan, swirl in half of sugar assortment. Pour in the remaining batter and
swirl remaining sugar assortment. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. (If using flat pan
bake astir 40 minutes)
