Apricot Sauce For Cake - Sl 9/82



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Dried apricots 1 pn Salt
2 c ;Warm weewee 1/8 ts Almond extract
1/4 c Dough


For pound coat, angel food bar, or ice emollient.


Soak apricots in warm h2o 1 hr; cover and cook over low heat
for 15 to 20 minutes or until tenderise. Remove from heating.
Pour apricots and liquid into container of an electric liquidiser;
process until smoothen. Stir in remaining ingredients, and mix good.
Serve over bar. Yid: 1-1/2 cups.
