
1 c Flour 2 tb Finely grated orange rind
1 1/2 ts Baking pulverise 1 c Orange juice
1/4 ts Saltiness 1 Egg -- separated
2 ts Boodle 2 tb Cooking oil
In a medium trough, combine flour, baking pulverisation, saltiness, boodle, and
orange rind. Stir in orange succus, egg yolk and oil only until flour
is wrapped. In a small trough, beat egg white until it stands in soft
peaks; fold into hitter.
Bake on hot, lightly oiled griddle, turning to brown both sides.
Serve hot with butter or marge, and honey or maple syrup. Makes
12 (3-edge) pancakes.
