Ingrients & Directions


1 Egg, set-apart 1 1/2 c Cottage Cheese
1/2 c Skim Milk 1 tb Lemon Juice
1 pk Jelly (gasbag) 1 ts Vanilla
1/8 ts Saltiness 6 tb Lite Coolwhip
1 tb Equalize (no relief)


Take cottage cheese and cream in blender until very SMOOTH this is
the hard parting. Set by. Put egg yolk in top of double boiler beat
well and add milk. Add gelatine & saltiness. Cook over boiling water until
gelatin dissolves and mixture thickens. (some 10 proceedings) Remove
from heating, add sugar backup. Sang-froid. Add cottage cheeseflower, lemon
juice and vanilla to cooled assortment. Quiver, stirring occasionally,
until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoonful. Beat egg white until
blotto. Fold egg white and cool-whip together into assortment. Pour into
graham freshness. Or pour into pie plate and top with crumb topping.


Crumb Topping: beat 2 graham crackers hunky-dory. Mix with pinch of
cinnamon and nutmeg.
