Arkansas River Apple Cakes



Ingrients & Directions


2 c Whole-wheat flour
1/3 c Dry milk powder
1 tb Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
3 Eggs
* Vegetable oil
2 tb Honey
2 Med. apples, grated
1 1/2 c H2o, approximately
1 1 lb carton plain yogurt
1 lb Jar trumpery

5-inch pancakes


Combine whole-wheat flour, milk pulverisation, baking powderise, baking tonic,
salt and cinnamon in large stadium. Add egg, 3 T oil, love, apples
and 1 1/2 cups h2o, mixing good. Batter should be runny, the
consistency of warm love. Add additional water if requisite.


Place griddle or skillet over medium passion. When water dropped onto
surface sizzles, brush surface with oil. Victimization 1/4 cup batter for
each pancake, pour onto surface far enough apart so pancakes do not
touching. Brown pancakes on 1 english. When bubbles appear on uncooked
rise, turn pancakes and brown on second english. Serve topped with
yogurt and rubbish.
