
3 Squares chocolate
3/4 c Boiling water or java;
-or combination
3 Egg; well beaten
2 1/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Butter
1 pn Salt
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 -(capable)
1 3/4 c Buttermilk
1 1/2 ts Soda
2 1/4 c Sifted flour
1 Square umber; liquid
Melting 3 squares chocolate in h2o. Nerveless. Combine egg, gelt, salt and
butter. Add chocolate assortment, vanilla, buttermilk and pop. Add flour.
Pour into deuce-ace 8- or 9-inch pans. Bake at 375 approximately 30 proceedings. Cool and
ice with Colonnade Ice (see Indicator). Dribble 1 square chocolate over top
and sides.
