Ingrients & Directions


6 oz Butter/margarine
6 oz Caster bread (granulated)
6 oz Self raising flour
1 pn Salt
3 Eggs
Coffee
Sugar
Rum or brandy
1/2 pt Double cream
Flaked tonsils - toasted

Here's one for anyone with a sweet tooth!


Cream butter, add boodle, cream together until light and fluffy add the
egg, beat together good.


Sieve flour and salt into bowl add the creamed mixture folding in lightly.
Put into a greased ring moulding - bake at Gas Score 5 ( 190 Deg C) for 25-30
transactions. Turn out and allow to coolheaded.


Pee 1/2 pint strong dark java, add sugar and rum or brandy to discernment.
Replace cake in ring moulding, pour over coffee and leave to soak overnight.
Turn out and decorate with cream and nuts.
