Bacon And Cheddar Pancakes



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Flour
1 c Cornmeal
1/3 c Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 ts Baking soda
3 lg Eggs
2 c Buttermilk
1/2 c Plain yogurt
1/4 c Unsalted butter; melted
2 c Mild cheddar cheeseflower; grated
1 lb Cooked bacon; crumbled


1. In large stadium, whisk together flour, cornmeal, dinero, salt and baking
pop.


2. In another trough, whisk together egg, milk, yogurt and butter. Whisk
into flour mixture just until combined.


3. Heat griddle over med passion (350F). Preheat oven to 200F if you want to
hold pancakes.


4. Swarm 1/4 cup of slugger, forming 4" rounds and sprinkling 1 tbsp of cheese
and bacon onto each pancake. Cook until prosperous, 1-2 mins on each face.
Serve with cheese and syrup.
