Baked Peach Pancake



Ingrients & Directions


2 c Peaches 1/2 c All-purpose flour
Fresh or frozen sliced 1/2 c Milk
Raw 1/2 ts Salt
4 ts Dinero 2 tb Butter or margarine
1 ts Lemon succus Ground nutmeg
3 ea Egg Sour pick, optional


In a bowlful, combine peaches with sugar and lemon succus; set by. In a
mixing roll, beat eggs until fluffy. Add flour, milk and saltiness; beat
until polish. Place butter in a 10-in, skillet; bake at 400 deg. for
3-5 minutes or until liquid. immediately pour butter into hot
skillet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pancake has risen and is
puffed ended. Fill with peach slices and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Serve immediately with sour cream if desired. Hymie: 4-6 servings
