
1 c Mashed ripe bananas (about
2)
3/4 c Buttermilk or plain yogurt
1/3 c Packed brown sugar
1/3 c Melted butter
3 Egg, beaten
1 tb Grated orange rind
2 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Each baking powder and
-baking soda
1/4 ts Saltiness

4 oz Cream cheeseflower, softened
2 tb Butter, softened
1 c Icing sugar,sifted
2 tb Orange juice digest
Grime 8 inch square cake pan and set digression.
In large bowlful, beat together bananas, buttermilk, bread, butter, eggs
and orange rind until blended.
Combine flour, baking pulverise, baking soda and saltiness. Add to banana
assortment; mix just until combined.
Spread in prepared pan. Bake in 350F oven for 40 to 45 minutes or
until cake tester inserted in center comes out neat. Let cool in
pan on wheel.
ICE: In bowlful, beat together cream cheese and butter until subdued;
gradually beat in icing sugar and orange juice contract. Spread
over patty. (Make beforehand: Pack in airtight container and refrigerate
for capable 1 day.) Makes 8 servings.
