
1 1/2 c Rice flour 2 tb Honey
2 ts Baking pulverisation 2 Egg yolks; beaten
1 ts Saltiness 2 lg Bananas; mashed
1/2 ts Xanthan gum 1/2 c Chopped walnuts
1 1/4 c Weewee 2 Egg whites
3 tb Oil Oil; for sauteing
Combine flour, baking pulverization, salt and xanthan gum in medium trough.
Stir in weewee, oil, love, egg yolks, banana and bats. Beat egg
whites in medium bowl until stiff peaks shape. Fold into dinge. Pour
batter onto hot oiled griddle or skillet; cook on both sides until
golden embrown.
