
7 Eggs
1 c Sugar
3/4 c Cake Meal
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Potato Starch
1 c Chopped Walnuts
1 c Mashed Bananas (2 right)
1/2 ts Vanilla
Beat yolks with sugar until creamy. Add themashed bananas, beat wellspring. Whip
egg whites until blotto (in different roll). Add cake repast, potato starch
and salt to yolk assortment. Fold in egg whites into this assortment. Add
flavoring fold in mildly. Bake at 325 F. for an hr --slightly--. Use
an angle food cake pan. Cool upside down for astir 30 minutes or until
cooled. Cut in half with stab. Ice with real whipped cream or cool whiplash.
Top with bananas and a few walnuts.
