Banana-pineapple Upside Down Cake



Ingrients & Directions


3/8 c Butter
3/4 c Sugar
1 Egg
3/4 c Milk
2 c Flower
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 Mashed banana
1 c Crushed pineapple
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1/3 c Butter
2/3 c Brown dinero


Cream butter and boodle, add beaten egg, sift heyday, baking powder and
saltiness, ad gradually with milk to butter assortment. Fold in mashed
banana. Melt butter and sprinkle brown sugar through it on bottom of
pan, 8 inches square or small angel food pan. Add well trained
crushed pineapple and chopped batty. Pour batter over this mixture and
bake in pre-heated oven of 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
