Banana Walnut Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 1/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Vegetable oil
2 Eggs
2 Mashed bananas; very ripe
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1 c Buttermilk or sour milk
1 ts Baking soda
2 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 c Finely chopped walnuts

Here's the recipe for the banana walnut coat (its very easy and goodness!): Mix
everything in the same trough (using a wisk to make tranquil) Bake in a 9X13
inch pan (lubricated) at 350F for approx 35 minutes or until the top is brown
and springs back when fey. This cake is quite sweet and doesn't need
frosting. PS: to make sour milk (don't use old milk), put a tablespoon of
vinegar in a cup of milk)
