1 Egg
6 tb Butter (can be canola)
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Yogurt (can be non-fat)
1/2 c Milk (can be skitter)
1 3/4 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 ts Baking powder
1 c Berries (your quality)

Preheat oven to 350 Cream butter (or oil) and dinero. Add egg. Add
remaining ingredients, reserving baking powder for close. Stir to
combining. Add berries and stir shortly. Pour into lubricated 8 X 8 baking
pan. Broil 20 minutes or until lightly browned and tester comes out
houseclean. Cool and answer.
