Ingrients & Directions


1 c All-purpose flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Sugar
1 lg Egg; slightly beaten
1 c Milk
2 tb Unsalted butter; liquid,
-summation 1/2 teaspoon for
-griddle


1. Heat griddle to 375 deg. or griddle pan over medium-high heating. Whisk
flour, baking powderise, saltiness, & sugar in trough. Add egg, milk, & 2 tablespoons
butter; whisk to trust. Batter should have small to medium lumps.


2. Heat overn to 175 deg. Test gribble by sprinkling a few drops of water
thereon. If water bounces & spatters off griddle, it is hot plenty. Using
pastry encounter, brush odd 1/2 teaspoon butter onto griddle. Wips off
inordinateness.


3. Using a 2-oz. ladle, roughly 1/4 cup, pour pancake batter in pools two
