Bisquick Deepdish Cheesecake Coffee Cake



Ingrients & Directions


3 c Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Butter or oleomargarine; melted
1/2 c Milk
Cheese weft (under)
1/4 c Strawberry; apricot or
-raspberry preserves


CHEESE FILLING
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 pk (8-oz) cream cheeseflower;
-dull


1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.


2. Mix baking mix, margarine and milk; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn
dough onto surface well dusted with baking mix. Massage 30 times. Pat dough
evenly into bottom and up sides of unlubricated 9x1-1/2 inch round pan.


3. Prepare cheese pick: Beat all ingredients with hand beater until
smoothen. Pour over gelt.


4. Bake until edge is golden brown and filling is set, almost 30 transactions.
Nerveless 10 proceedings. Spread with preserves. Serve tender. 8 servings.
