Blackberry Pancakes



Ingrients & Directions


2 c Flour 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 c Milk 1/2 ts Salt
3 Egg, set-apart 1 ts Sugar
4 oz Cream cheeseflower, dull 16 oz Can of blackberries, drained
2 ts Baking tonic 1/2 c Cane syrup


In a medium size trough, blend cream cheese and egg yolks unitedly.
Add milk and blend until smoothen. Combine saltiness, boodle, tonic, baking
powder and flour unitedly. Sift into milk-egg mixture and beat until
very still. Stir on cup of the drained blackberries into the hitter.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold lightly into the assortment. Cook
pancakes on a hot and lightly greased griddle. Put remaining
blackberries on top and pour cane syrup over the whole thing for a
