Blackberry Wine Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 pk White cake mix
4 Eggs
1/2 c Oil
1 c Blackberry wine
3 oz Blackberry Jell-O
1/2 c Pecans


-SUGARCOAT-
1 1/2 c Powdered sugar
1/2 c Blackberry wine-coloured


Combine ingredients, adding eggs one at a time. Grease heavily and flour
Bundt pan. Sprinkling 1/2 to 1 c. nuts in bum. Batter will be thin-pour
over cracked. Broil 50-60 min. at 325.


Sugarcoat: Mix and bring to a moil. Leave cake in pan and swarm 1/2 mixture
over bar. let viewpoint 30 min. Turn out and pour reminder of glaze over
cake. (After cake completely cooks, pour a niggling Blackberry Brandy over
it--this is optional.)
