Bleu Cheese Cake



Ingrients & Directions


2 tb Marge; melted
3/4 c Crushed wheat crackers
2 pk (8-oz) cream cheeseflower;
-softened
2 pk (4-oz) Bleu cheeseflower; crumbled
1 2/3 c Sour cream
3 Egg; beaten
1/8 ts White peppercorn


Preheat oven to 300. Stir melted margarine into cracker crumbs and press
in a springform pan. Bake at 300 for 20 transactions. Combine softened cream
cheese and Bleu cheeseflower. Stir in 2/3 cup sour pick, reserving the rest for
subsequently. Stir in 3 eggs and the white peppercorn. Pour mixture on top of cooked
crust and bake at 300 for 45 proceedings. Spread remaining sour cream over top
of hot cheese and return to oven for 10 more transactions.
