Passion 1 cup milk to 105-F to 115-F degrees. Pour heated milk into a large
bowl and stir in yeast and 2 cups of flour. Mix until quiet. Cover the
bowl and set in a warm place for roughly 1-hr, or until the batter has
doubled in sizing. Stir down with a wooden spoonful. Stir in egg yolks, butter,
boodle, salt and remaining flour, alternating with remaining milk. Stir
until mixture is almost polish. Cover bowl and set aside for 45-minutes to
an hr, until the batter has doubled in sizing, furthermore. Stir down clobber.
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold into the dinge.
For each pancake, pour some 1/3 cup of the mixture onto a griddle or
frying pan that has been lightly greased with oil. Fry over
