1 1/4 c Sugar
2/3 c Land O Lakes butter; melted
1/4 c Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
3 Metier; ripe bananas, mashed
2 c All-purpose flour
3/4 ts Baking soda
1/8 ts Salt
1 c Fresh or frozen blueberries
Powdered dough; if desired
Heat oven to 350. In large mixer bowl combine cabbage, butter, buttermilk,
eggs and vanilla. Beat at medium upper, scraping bowl oft, until creamy
(1-2 proceedings). Add bananas; continue beating until well sundry (1 bit).
Add flour, baking soda and saltiness. Beat at low speed until moistened (1-2
proceedings).
