2/3 c Sugar
1/4 c Stick Margarine Or Butter;
-Softened
1 ts Vanilla Extract
1 lg Egg
1 1/3 c All-Purpose Flour
1 ts Baking Powder
1/4 ts Baking Soda
1/8 ts Salt
3/4 c Low-Fat Buttermilk
1 c Blueberries
3 tb Sugar
3 tb All-Purpose Flour
1 tb Stick Margarine Or Butter;
-Melted
1 ts Ground Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9-inch round cake pan with cooking
spraying; line bottom with wax composition. Coat wax paper with cooking sprayer. Beat
2/3 c sugar and 1/4 c margarine at medium speed of a mixer until blended
(approximately 5 proceedings). Add vanilla and egg; beat good. Lightly spoonful 1 1/3 cups
flour into dry measuring cups; level with stab. Commingle 1 1/3 cups flour,
baking pulverize, baking tonic, and saltiness. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture
alternating with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour assortment. Stir
in blueberries. Pour into prepared pan. Compound 3 T sugar and remaining
ingredients in a roll; stir until mixture resembles coarse repast. Sprinkle
sugar mixture over hitter. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until a wooden
pick inserted in center comes out neat. Cool on a wire single-foot.
