Blueberry Pound Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Oleomargarine -- softened
4 Egg whites -- whipped
1 ts Vanilla
3 c Unbleached flour
2 c Granulated sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Baking powder
1 c Blueberries


Preheat oven at 325. Prepare a tube pan with cooking spray and flour. In
a mixing roll, combine oleomargarine, egg whites, and vanilla. In another
mixing roll, combine flour, granulated dinero, saltiness, baking pulverise, and
blueberries. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until
moistened. Bake for 1 hour and 15 transactions
