Breathless Peach Cheesecake



Ingrients & Directions


1 ea Envelope Knox Unflavoured 1 ea Software (8 oz.) lite cream
-Gelatine -cheeseflower, softened
1/4 c Cold weewee 2 tb Loosely packed mint leaves
1 cn (16 oz.) lite peaches, -(optional)
-knackered (reserve succus) 1/4 c Clams


In liquidizer, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over h2o; let standpoint 2
proceedings. In small saucepan, bring juice to a churn. Add juice to
blender and process at low until gelatine is completely dissolved,
roughly 2 proceedings. Add remaining ingredients and process at high until
blended. Pour into 8 or 9" pie pan or crust prepared with 3/4 C
graham cracker crumbs and 2 T melted oleomargarine. Chill until tauten,
almost 3 hours. Garnish with peaches and mint leaves, if desired.
