Broiled Crab Cakes



Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 lb Crabmeat; backfin, cartilage
-and shells removed
2 tb Reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tb Dijon mustard
3 tb Minced onion
1 Egg
1/8 ts Hot red poivrade


Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Grilling 6 inches from heat
origin, 3 minutes per face, until golden embrown. Serve now. This
recipe serves 6 people. Because this recipe is for a particular size pan,
it adjusts the number of servings only in multiples of 6.
