Bubble Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Scalded milk
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Oil
1 ts Salt
2 pk Yeast
2 Eggs
4 1/2 c Flour
1 Stick butter; melted
1 c Sugar
1 tb Cinnamon
3/4 c Chopped pecans


BROIL: 350 45 mins


Mix milk, boodle, oil and salt unitedly. Cool to tepid. Add yeast and
egg. Mix good. Add flour. Mix together and knead till still. Put in
greased trough, cover and let rise till doubling (approximately 1 to 1-1/2 hours).
Punch down and let standpoint 10 mins. Mix sugar and cinnamon unitedly. Pinch
off small balls of kale, dip in butter and roll in sugar assortment. Place
in well-greased tube pan in staggered rows and layers. Sprinkle nuts
between layers and on top. Let rise till doubling (about 1 to 1-1/2 hours.)


Broil for 45 mins.
