
2 c Flour
6 tb Buttermilk Powder
3/4 ts Baking Soda
1/4 ts Salt
2 c Sugar
1 c Margarine
3 tb Cocoa
1 1/2 c Water
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
Sift flour, buttermilk pulverize, baking soda and salt together into a
mixing bowlful. Mix in sugar and set divagation.
Combine oleo, cocoa and water in a saucepan and melt over low
oestrus. Stir together swell. Add cocoa mixture to dry ingredients and
mix just until moistened. DO NOT OVERBEAT. Add egg, one at a time,
and mix until still. Add vanilla. Batter will be very runny. Pour
batter into lubricated 10x15-inch pan with sides.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 proceedings. Frost with Chocolate
Buttermilk Ice.
