Buttermilk Chocolate Cake



Ingrients & Directions


3 1/3 c Basic cake mix 1/2 c Cocoa
1/2 c Clams 1/2 c Boiling water
2 Egg, beaten 1 t Baking soda
1 c Buttermilk 1 t Vanilla


-CREAMY ICING-
1 c Milk 1/2 c Shortening
2 T Flour 1 c Sugar
pn Saltiness 1 t Vanilla
1/2 c Butter or margarine,dull


Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease and flour two 8" round pans. In a
large roll, combine cake mix, dinero, eggs amd buttermilk. Mix swell. In
small bowl combine cocoa, boiling weewee, baking soda and vanilla. Add
to the cake assortment. Beat swell. Pour into prepared pans. Broil 10
proceedings. Turn oven to 375 and broil 20 more transactions. Cool in pans 20
proceedings, then cool on wire stand. Cook together milk, flour and salt
almost 5 proceedings, until thickened. Nerveless. Combine butter or
oleo, shortening and sugar in a small bowlful. Beat good. Add to
cooled milk assortment, beating perpetually. Beat around 7 minutes until
still. Stir in vanilla. Frost cooled bar.
