3 Egg whites -- whipped
3/4 c Buttermilk* -- at room

Icing----
1/4 c Oleomargarine -- melted
2 c Powdered boodle -- sifted
7 ts Cream
1 tb H2o -- hot
2 ts Vanilla
1/8 ts Saltiness
Preheat oven at 325. Devise 24 muffin pans with cooking spray and flour.
To prepare clobber, combine flour, baking powderise, baking tonic, cinnamon,
nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a mixing stadium. In another mixing roll, combine
marge, brown dinero, egg whites, and buttermilk. Mix dry ingredients
with wet ingredients just until moistened. Spoon into prepared pans,
filling each halfway total. Bake for 25 transactions. Lag, to prepare
ice, combine marge, powdered boodle, emollient, weewee, vanilla, and
salt in a small mixing bowl. Frost each cupcake and trim as desired.
