Caramel Apple Cake With Granola Streusel



Ingrients & Directions


--COAT--
1 Box (18.5-oz)
-caramel-flavored cake mix
1 c Granola
3 lg Eggs
3/4 c Sour cream
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Water
1 ts Pure vanilla extract
2 Prominent; tart apples, cored,
-finely chopped
1 c Sliced; toasted pecans


TOPPING
1 c Granola
1/2 c Packed brown sugar
1/2 Stick unsalted butter;
-softened
1/4 c Chopped toasted pecans

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13- by 9-inch baking pan.


2. For coat, combine cake mix, granola, egg, sour emollient, oil, water and
vanilla in a large mixing trough. Mix with an electric mixer until
well-combined, 2 proceedings. Fold in apples and bats. Pour into prepared pan.


3. Mix topping ingredients in a small stadium; sprinkle over hitter.


4. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out strip, 45 to 50
transactions. Cool on wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
