Caramel Pear Pudding Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Flour -1/2" pieces or 16 oz can,
1/3 c Dough -drained and chopped
1 1/2 ts Baking pulverization 1/2 c Pecans; chopped
1/2 ts Cinnamon 2/3 c Brown sugar
1/4 ts Saltiness 1/4 c Oleomargarine; room temperature
ds Cloves 3/4 c Boiling water
1/2 c Milk Ice cream or whipped topping
4 Pears; peeled and dig


Preheat oven to 375. In large mixing trough, stir together flour,
dinero, baking pulverisation, cinnamon, salt and cloves. Add milk and beat
until smoothen. Stir in pears and pecans. Turn into an unlubricated 2 qt
casserole. In another stadium, combine brown cabbage, butter and h2o.
Mix well and pour evenly over buffet. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve
with ice ointment or whipped topping.
