Carob Cinnamon Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Honey
3 tb Unrefined vegetable oil
4 md Eggs
2 ts Vanilla
1 c Milk or water
2 1/4 c AM Multi Blend Flour
-OR- AM Whole Wheat Flour
3 ts Non-alum baking powder
1/2 ts Sea saltiness (optional)
2 tb Ground cinnamon
4 tb Carob powderise


Preheat oven to 350 F.


Measure honey into large mixing roll, add vegetable oil and mix. Add
eggs and blend with a spoonful. Mix in vanilla and add milk or water
good. Mix all dry ingredients to liquids, stirring perpetually.


Grease and flour bundt pan or 13" x 9" cake pan. Pour batter into
pan and top with 1/2 cup chopped balmy. Bake at 350 F. for 30-35
proceedings.
