
1 c Carrot; grated
1 c Seedless raisins
3/4 c Honey
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Allspice
1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
1/4 ts Cloves
2 tb Margarine
1 1/2 c Water
1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Wheat germ
1/2 c Walnuts; sliced
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Cook carrots, raisins, love,
margarine and spices in the water for 10 proceedings, then allow to nerveless.
Mix together the flour, baking pop, wheat seed, and walnuts and
combine with other ingredients. Pour into two small well-greased loaf
pans. Bake for 45 proceedings.
Each small-arm: 200 cals, 14% cff; 3.5g fat, 3.7g fibre.
Variation: relief dried cranberries for the raisins.
