Carrot Loaf Cake



Ingrients & Directions


4 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1 3/4 c Vegetable oil
2 c Pineapple; crushed
2 ts Vanilla extract
6 c Flour
4 ts Cinnamon; ground
2 ts Salt
2 ts Baking soda
4 c Carrot; grated
2 c Buggy; shredded


Beat together the sugar and egg. Add oil, crushed pineapple,
drained and vanilla infusion. Beat good. Add flour, ground cinnamon, salt
and baking pop, all sifted unitedly. Add grated carrots and chopped cracked.
Bake in loaf pans @ 325 degrees for 60 minutes or until wooden pick
inserted in center comes out pick.
