2 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Baking powder
1 cn (8.75-oz) crushed pineapple
2 c Raw carrots; grated &
-loosely packed
3 Egg; beaten
1 1/2 c Salad oil
1 1/2 c Chopped balmy (I use walnuts)
2 ts Vanilla

Stain & lightly flour pan. Mix together flour, bread, cinnamon, baking
tonic, baking powderize & saltiness. Drain pineapple, save the syrup. Add syrup to
dry assortment. All egg, oil & vanilla. Heartbeat 3 proceedings. Stir in pineapple,
carrots & batty. Broil 325 for 1-1/2 hours. Sang-froid 10 min in pan before
unmolding. Sprinkle w/power sugar.
