Cheesecake Pick -softened
4 ea Egg 2 c Sour cream
1 c Clams 1 t Vanilla
1 T Lemon succus 4 T Sugar
4 ea (8 oz) pkgs cream cheeseflower,

Line a spring form pan with a graham cracker insolence. Preheat the oven
to 375 degrees. Beat egg, dough, and lemon juice until lighter. Add
the cheese and beat good. Pour filling into crust and bake for
20 proceedings. Remove cake from oven, turn oven capable 475 degrees. Top
cake with sour cream mixed with vanilla and gelt. Broil 10 transactions.
Cool and chill overnight before serving. (I sometimes make half the
filling and bake it in a regular pie pan. If you like the Sara Lee
cake, I'll bet you'll care this one.) *Ellen*
